Introducing Runners Paradise Productions

In response to several phone calls, emails and just hearing people talk I thought it was
time to formally introduce us. Scott Kennedy and I (Beth Herndon) have put together
an organization to give barrel racers a choice. Both of us are tired of running for little
money, but paying big entry fees and high diesel prices. While we can't control the gas
prices we can control the payouts and fees! We are offering a 5D format with
progressive payout (the last paid slot in the 5D will at least win their entry fee back—
no more winning less than your entry fee). The added money will be a min of $500 at
each show with 80% payback with no additional fees (such as timer, award,
membership, etc) instead of the usual 70% with additional fees. For our winter series
(located in Lumberton, NC) there will be no gate fee. We offer exhibitions at one for
$4 or three of $10, to cut our barrel racers a break. This spring we are planning
several shows with more classes. These shows will include two 5D Open barrel classes,
3D poles, Dash for Cash and one show will have an invitational race (more details soon
at our website). Periodically we will be giving out prizes from our wonderful sponsors;
all you have to do is be entered in a race to win a prize! At the end of the year we are
planning a wonderful finals for all our supporters! Anytime you win a division you get
a paid entry to our finals invitation barrel race! How cool is that! Where else can you
come run for free! For those wanting to enter additional classes or that may not get in
the invitational we are also planning a Dash for Cash, 3D Poles, Youth 3D, and
additional 5D Open at our finals which will have a regular entry fee with 80% payback
and money on them as well. Check our website often for more details has we have
them. Scott and I have been working hard to find good arenas and develop a good
show. We want to ensure good parking, good ground, nice arena, and a good
atmosphere. We are working hard for our fellow barrel racers to have a good time,
with good payouts. Come join us.
